Getting the best results

Firstly use the left drop down menus on each page, these are at the top of the page (except this page where it's on the right side), these will get you to the right section of the site you are after.
Then use the left drop down menu to select specific products/ information

Some pages may contain multiple pieces of information (this gets confusing if you don't know what you are looking for) so if you want to get right to is perform a SEARCH for what you are after - click here . .

We re-index our search listings daily and only list relevant information on the page to ensure our searches are as accurate as possible (we use this function pretty often too the site is so large!!)

Each page has an additional set of links in the right menus:
Related Links are pages that relate to information raised/ discussed in this page, or that have a direct relation to the topic.
Video Links will take you to online video demonstrations of the information on the page.
Product Links list products that are raised/ discussed on the page or that have a direct link to the information.

1. Monitor resolution
Do you have to scroll across the page to view the 2nd bar below?
If so then your screen (monitor) size set @ 640x480 pixels.
We use resizing tables that will accommodate your current settings however some graphics and text may not be aligned correctly at the lower setting.

3. Videos/ Streaming Media

NEHOC video files and streaming media use Windows Media Format version 7 (.wmv)
