PG-5 Manufacture Notice

A manufactures notice applies as the item is no longer in active production.

RISO Kagaku Corporation the manufacturing company has ceased production, with all warranties and support supplied direct through NEHOC Australia Pty Ltd.

Warranty

All products supplied by NEHOC Australia P/L are warranted against faulty manufacture as per Australian law.

A 30 day warranty is supplied with all new PG-5 models, with an 11 Month warranty extension supplied FREE where the Warranty Form enclosed with each machine is returned and validated within 30 Days of purchase.

This product is supplied with a NEHOC warranty. Details available in the Warranties section. Refer to the warranty information corresponding to the product/s you intend to purchase for the relevant terms and conditions of warranty ['Warranty Terms'].

Parts and Service

Spare parts for this model remain stocked in NEHOC's warehouse.

Service of the machine is available.
