Machine Servicing and Repairs
When you service your machine with NEHOC you receive a full warranty on all parts we install and importantly a set labour cost regardless of how long the service really takes.
Service costs are detailed as the rear of the Screen Printing price list, available from the download section of the site.
All electronic machines require servicing to keep them at top performance, with the glass on all thermal-copier models requires regular cleaning.
General Service
A general service of your machine involves an initial inspection and operational test, followed by a full cleaning of all general components and any alignments of guides or rollers.
Time taken: Approx. 30 mins.
Thermal-Copier Service: Replace Glass Roller
Involves an initial inspection, followed by replacement of the glass roller. When glass is installed machine is cleaned and tested.
Time taken: Approx. 45 mins.
Thermal-Copier Service: Replace Heat Lamp or Rubber Roller
Involves an initial inspection, followed by replacement of the required part. After parts are installed machine is cleaned and tested.
Time taken: Approx. 60 mins.
Thermal-Copier Service: Replace Glass & Heat Lamp
Involves an initial inspection, followed by replacement of the both the glass roller and heat lamp. When parts are installed machine is cleaned and tested.
Time taken: Approx. 70 mins.
RISO ScreenFax Service: Replace Xenon Lamp
Involves an initial inspection, followed by replacement of the xenon lamp. When lamp is installed machine is cleaned and tested.
Time taken: Approx. 90 mins.
