Two new screen printing jigs have been added to the NEHOC range to give you a system for all applications - from beginner and one off prints to professional and small business printing 10,000 t-shirts a month!

Create your own jig using a set of the NEHOC Jig hinges, attached to any suitable surface (clamp, bolt or screw).

Jig Hinges are the cheapest and easiest way to get started and use ALL frame sizes - up to 65mm thick!

Used for screen printing applications to register designs, register multiple colours and make printing faster & cleaner.

The increased height adjustment of the hinge enables ‘off contact’ printing applications onto plastics and metals.

Tile Printing Jig

The Tile Jig is designed primarily for ceramic printing - all sized tiles (bisque or glazed) and for screen printing onto Ceramic Transfer Paper.

Designed and built in Australia, the jig holds plastic frames, A5 & A4 size, and has a reversible hinge enabling printing on both sides of the board.

The top side of the jig holds tiles of all sizes, with the bottom of the board a flat surface for Transfer Printing or direct screen printing of items such as fabric, decals, etc.

4 Arm/ Multi-Colour Jig

Professional colour registrations without having to pay for a large bulky metal jig!! When you need to screen print multiple colours, registering each colour is vital, or the design will simply look a mess.

The 4 arm jig can be used for printing 1 colour or all 4, as your screen is registered over the item each and every time - making printing fast and more accurate then without a jig.
