What is the best method of cleaning the glass roller?
How do I test the setting?

'What is the best method of cleaning the glass roller.'
To clean the Glass Roller turn the machine on so the roller spins.
Open the back flap of the machine to expose the turning roller and using a lint free cloth, wipe the roller LIGHTLY with a SMALL amount of mineral spirits.
Do not use too much spirits - wipe the roller 5-6 times if required but with only a small amount of spirits each time.

'How do I test the setting?'
Imaging setting for the machine will vary over time as the rubber drive wheel wears ion the drive cone inside the machine.
Cut a small piece of ScreenMaster and your artwork - about 1cm square - and place into the Carrier.
Run through the machine and test this piece at your setting.
If the design is imaged correctly then you don't need to adjust the setting, however if it has not imaged enough of the design you will need to slow the machine.
