Place Cards

With the invitations out of the way you need to get your place cards organised and printed.

Don't leave this until the night before the wedding - this should be done at least 5 days prior!! 

Remember each place card must relate to your seating plan & that's an issue in itself - that should be sorted in time for the reception venue to get the floor plan organised!

Using the same cream paper as for the Inner Insert, the guests name was printed using a laser printer with 6 names per A4 sheet.

The sheet was cut up into 99mm[W] x 105mm[H] cards with the guests name 80mm down from the top - this allowed for the fold and print on the back of the fold.

The same double heart logo was printed on the reverse in Gold to match the Outside of the Invitation, Background of the Invitation and Thank You cards.

I personally used a computer to print the names as I have absolutely no calligraphy blood in my veins. Of course the best option would be to write the name in gold pen or bribe a calligrapher, etc.

Remember if getting a professional calligrapher to write the names - organise this earlier than 5 days before the wedding!
