A4 Small Business Multi Colour

Entry level multi-colour printing system using the A4 Thermal-Copier system to image screens.
Registering multiple colours free hand (without a jig) is possible, however very slow. The more colours used the longer between prints and the greater the risk of printing problems that occur - inks dry in the screen and colour become contaminated.
As with the single colour jig, there are additional space saving and print correction features that a jig provides:
Holding the screen between prints - you don’t have to put it down and pick it back up between prints
Holding the squeegee between prints - it rests inside the frame between prints
Registering/ placing the screen over the item to be printed in the correct position - free hand registration is the most time consuming process of screen printing.

Package now includes Expanda Metal Jig
With a removable printing board, a metal jig enables removal of the supplied t-shirt board and fitting of a custom sized board for smaller or larger items i.e. babies clothes or large dress material.
The Metal construction is recommended for humid or wet/damp climates, as the metal construction will not swell, becoming tight under high humidity or wet conditions.
